We offer returns/exchanges for store credit on all items that are unworn and in the same condition received for up to 60 days after purchase*

As we are a slow fashion, print on demand business... we do ask you take the time to double check your size before ordering. 

However if you need to send something back, we donate our returns to the homeless and disadvantaged through our Thread Together partnership. If it's the wrong size or something else isn't quite right, we hope it can be for someone else.

*In other words, don’t send us back a tee that has mysterious stains on it. We tend to lick things to identify the source. And we don’t want to get sick or pregnant.


RETURN INFORMATION:
  • Easy 60 day returns booked via our returns centre 
  • We donate our returns to the homeless and disadvantaged through our Thread Together partnership to stop fashion contributing to landfill
  • Refunds will be issues via gift card / store credit
  • Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable
  • Please email [email protected] if you believe the product is damaged or faulty so we can lend a hand (and apologise!)


NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Please note that returns are not accepted for custom-made or limited edition products, including tufted rugs and bootleg items. All custom products are personalised for you and are not suitable for resale. With custom products, we can only accommodate exchanges for damaged or defective items, and not for change of mind. This policy extends to our limited edition products as well.

WHERE IS MY RETURN LABEL?

Please note that returns are processed within 2 business days. Once your return is accepted you will receive your return label via email. If you haven't, reach out to [email protected]. Our magical team will check your return and provide you directly with a return label. The return is free and the label is covered by us.
