Our super easy returns portal is here to help you return or exchange your threads  🦖

Click here to visit the returns centre and we'll walk you through the process below if you need an extra hand. 

Steps:

1. Have your email address and order number ready (you’ll find your order number in your Order Confirmation email)
2. Select the threads you wish to return or exchange and follow the prompts

Returns usually takes 2 business days from being processed. 

1. Check your email inbox for the return label. Double check your spam folder. 
2. Securely pack your threads. If available, please use original packaging
3. Attach your returns label or have your local Post Office scan the QR code and print one for you
4. Send your threads on their way back to us
5. We'll issue you a gift card or exchange once we approve your return
