I think my threads are faulty?
We don't wash your threads after we print them so they're nice and new for you. This means we can't guarantee that all our items will have no visible signs of production. But never fear,
Heat & Press Marks
- The great news is, these are heat press marks which are part of the printing process. All orders are printed on demand and heat press marks should come out in the first wash.
- If you're still not happy with the threads after washing, please send us some pics!
Stains:
- Sometimes we accidentally spill some of the setting solution we use just before we set the print with our pressing iron. But we promise it washes right out!

Printing issue:
- While we do print everything manually, we have an extensive quality assurance process to make sure we're only sending out are the best. You should see our t-shirt graveyard pile 🪦
- If you think your print looks a bit weird or different to the website, please send us some pics!
Fading after washing:
- You are always going to get some fading with the direct to garment print on demand method on white/natural coloured shirts, but to minimise this cold wash and air dry will get best results. Dark shirts will always hold their colour better!
