At Threadheads, we understand that sometimes you might need to make changes to your order after you've placed it. That's why we offer a flexible order editing window where you can adjust certain details of your order within 6 hours of purchase. Here's what you can do and how to make the changes:
What You Can Edit:
- Change Your Shipping Address: If you've entered the wrong address or need to redirect your order to a different location, you can update the shipping details.
- Cancel Your Order: If you change your mind, you have the option to cancel your order completely within the 6-hour window.
- Add or Remove a Product: Decided you want more or found something you like better? You can adjust the products in your order.
- Change the Size or Color: If you've made a mistake with the size or color of a product, you can correct it before it goes into production.
How to Edit Your Order:
- Find Your Confirmation Email: After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email from us. Keep this email handy as it contains important information.
- Access the Order Editing Feature: Click on the link in your order confirmation email that directs you to the order editing page.
- Make Your Changes: Once you're on the order editing page, you can make the necessary adjustments to your order based on the options listed above.
- Confirm Your Changes: After you’ve made your desired changes, make sure to confirm them so that your updated preferences are saved and applied to your order.
Please Note:
- Time Limit: You have up to 6 hours from the time of your initial purchase to make any edits. After this period, your order will be locked in and sent to production.
- Final Sales: Once the 6-hour window has closed, we cannot accept further changes, as your order will already be in the process of being printed or prepared for shipping.
