Fell victim to auto-fill in the checkout, eh? It happens to the best of us.
We have a super small window to change or cancel your order before it's shipped, so please let us know asap if you’re not able to edit the order at your end.
You can reach out to our team with your order number and correct address and they'll do their best to have this updated for you if it hasn’t been shipped.
We can't make any changes to your order once it's ready to be shipped, but please know we run downstairs and yell 'STOP!' the moment we see your email.
You can update your address via the Australia Post app or website once we send your tracking information!
If you’ are overseas, most courier companies offer the option to re-direct your parcel to another address so you can do it that way :)
